Conditions of Sale

Introductory flight vouchers when purchased are valid for a period of 6 months from date of issue and are transferable during this period of validity.

Due to weather and other unforeseen factors, Glasgow Flying Club cannot guarantee that flights will take place on the date or at the time arranged. As such we always recommend that you book well in advance of the expiration date on your voucher to avoid disappointment.

If you have any medical condition, please advise at the time of booking. Glasgow Flying Club accepts no responsibility for medical problems arising from or worsened by flying. If in doubt, consult your Doctor before flying.

Please note

All vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from date of issue and are transferable during the period of validity. Please make every effort to use the voucher before the expiry date as refunds cannot be given. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.

If you do weigh more than 95kg, then you may have to upgrade to one of our four seat aircraft due to weight and balance restrictions of the aircraft.

All flying is subject to the suitability of the weather and aircraft serviceability.
