Please note that this refund policy only applies to online purchases.
You have the right to cancel your contract within seven days of your purchase. Note that refunds can only be made to the original purchaser and to the original payment method. Under no circumstances will refunds be made to the any third party or to an alternate payment method.
The request for a refund my be made in writing within seven calendar days and delivered or sent to the following address: Glasgow Flying Club Ltd, Walkinshaw Road, Renfrew, PA4 9LP. Email is also acceptable.
All vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue and is transferable during the period of validity.
Please make every effort to use the voucher before the expiry date as refunds cannot be given after the expiry date. Weather conditions can often result in cancellations. For this reason we highly recommend that you place a booking
as soon as possible to allow the opportunity to reschedule the flight should your booking be affected by adverse weather.
