Conditions of Sale
Introductory flight vouchers when purchased are valid for a period of 6 months from date of issue and are transferable during this period of validity. Expired vouchers will be honored providing the flight has been postponed by Glasgow Flying Club during the period of validity.
Due to weather and other unforeseen factors, Glasgow Flying Club cannot guarantee that flights will take place on the date or at the time arranged.
If you have any medical condition, please advise at the time of booking. Glasgow Flying Club accepts no responsibility for medical problems arising from or worsened by flying. If in doubt, consult your Doctor before flying.
All vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from date of issue and are transferable during the period of validity. Please make every effort to use the voucher before the expiry date as refunds cannot be given after the expiry date.
If you do weigh more than 76kg, then you may have to upgrade to one of our four seat aircraft to the weight and balance restrictions of the aircraft.
All flying is subject to the suitability of the weather and aircraft serviceability.
Our refund policy
** Please note this refund policy only applies to Introductory Flight Vouchers purchased via the online shop **
You have the right to cancel your contract within seven days of your contract with us or within seven days of the receipt of the voucher (whichever is longer). Refunds after this period will be at our discretion and will be subject to a £20 administration fee. Note that refunds can only be made to the purchaser. Refunds will not be made to the user or any third party.
The request for a refund my be made in writing within seven calendar days and delivered or sent to the following address: Glasgow Flying Club Ltd, Walkinshaw Road, Renfrew, PA4 9LP. Email is also acceptable: firstname.lastname@example.org.
All vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue and is transferable during the period of validity. Please make every effort to use the voucher before the expiry date as refunds cannot be given after the expiry date. If you are in possession of a voucher that is outwith the validity period then an extension charge can be paid which will make the voucher valid for a period of 3 months from the date that the voucher expired.
